Product Information

We offer a full "Oneday" event film production service - fully customised service for both corporate and private events.

We provide video filming and production services for Weddings, Corporate social events such as Golf and Race days as well as business events (conferences etc), Charity nights, Sporting events and other promotional, safety and training videos.

Planning and pricing for such events is by its very nature different for each situation. We have given a guide below based on a wedding day event and although each day is special the component parts are similar in each case. This includes:

Event Planning
Dave has an enviable skill in dealing with small and large projects alike, the most notable of which is as a retained consultant to the company responsible for supplying executive transport operations to and from The Trafford Centre--one of the largest shopping complexes in Europe.

Oneday Media Briefing Service
Initial Brief : A very informal chat of who’s who, where, when and how you would like your day to be filmed.

Final Brief : Approximately 4-6 weeks before the event, this is where we would tie up any loose ends and of course give you the opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns you may have.

Recording and Editing
Full 1900 x 1080 HD Cameras to record the event using tripod mounted cameras and steadycam system for close up moving action coverage.

Post production state of the art digital editing suite

Our service includes 3 master copies of your DVD with full artwork face (not sticky labels) supplied in presentation boxes. All our DVDs are supplied with fully authored menus, chapter points, highlights, still photo montage and music overlay.

Coverage of our service is the UK and primarily the North West, however we are able to offer our service for Europe and worldwide for special projects where supplemented rates apply.

A complete service is available of the whole day from the morning preparations to the last dance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) All bookings are subject to a £250 non-returnable deposit which secures your event date and Initial Brief, with the balance payable 14 days prior to the event day.

2) The editing of the final DVD will take approximately 4 - 6 weeks to complete.

3) Travel costs are included to within a 25 mile radius of Manchester. If your event falls outside of this boundary then we will inform you of any additional charges at the time of booking.

4) Our Oneday Media event fee includes 3 master copies of your DVD supplied in presentation cases complete with the appropriate ECL copyright license.

5) For weddings only, it is the responsibility of the bride and groom to secure, well in advance of the wedding, the permission of the church or officials to have the ceremony filmed and recorded.

6) Oneday Media will take the utmost care to present to you a perfect recording of your special day. In the unlikely event of total equipment failure or cancellation of this contract we will refund no more than the contract sum involved. Should any problems occur beyond our direct control due to the environment, power failure or any other third party negligence we will not be held responsible for any compensation.

7) All original recordings including the final edited version shall remain the property of Oneday Media and are subject to copyright. Further copies are readily available at the prevailing rate.

8) Oneday Media will, on occasion, seek to use captured footage in order to keep our website and demo DVDs updated. If you do not wish any footage from your event to be used for promotional purposes, please inform us at the time of booking.
